Bullies don’t win
When people look from a distance they see your strength, your courage and your forever shining determination. They see you are independent and you have bigger goals than fears. Us gym-goers get a lot of stick for being ‘vain’, ‘superficial’, ‘self-obsessed’, as having no life, being sad and too restrictive. But I for one was never one to pay attention to the opinion of others because they aren’t me and they don’t live in my head. Everywhere you look obsession is staring you in the face, some positive and some not so well.  We have become a nation obsessed with looking good, from men pumping steroids and consuming masses of food to become bigger, to women living with the sole purpose to be lean.
